★ News from June 2005:
Although I think the chances are slim, I will be dressed in knight's armor as Yahoo! Spamguard outside the Tony Awards tonight, and you may see me on television if you're watching the "pre-game show" (assuming there is one). I'll be there from about 5pm-8pm at Radio City Music Hall, presumably outside in the heat, taking photos with people and passers-by.

Hey hey! I got into the NYC Marathon 2005!
This year it's on Sunday, November 6th, 2005. Wish me luck!
Eventually I'll get around to updating my marathon training blog, http://marathon.benhauck.com. Until now, you can read about my training in 2003. Oh so thrilling.
Assuming I make it to the race, the marathon this year will be my third. My time to beat is 3:50:24. This year I'm hoping for sub-3:45, but secretly I'm hoping for sub-3:40. Shhh!, don't tell Ben!
This evening I was in Philadelphia, PA, to shoot an additional scene for the independent film The Push (sometimes known as Pushers), directed by Sherone Rabinovitz.

I just saw on the front of Yahoo! an ad for Monty Python's Spamalot with a video of behind the scenes footage.
For the past few months, I've been playing the Yahoo! Spamguard outside some of the performances and choice Broadway spectaculars. I'm dressed in knight's armor, holding a flag. I dance, surprise people with sudden movements, pass out flyers, and namely pose for photos with passers-by.
My first time as Spamguard was outside the Spamalot theater opening (k)night. You can see me in the behind the scenes video, about a third of the way into it! I even say something funny (to me).
To go directly to the video, visit http://broadway.yahoo.com/ and click around for Spamalot.
