Today I rehearsed for a Pulse Ensemble Theatre staged reading of James Ross's play, Steff, Part II: The Golden Rule. The staged reading is tomorrow night, 3/15/2004, at 7pm.

Tonight I did a staged reading of James Ross's play, Steff, Part II: The Golden Rule. The staged reading was held at Pulse Ensemble Theatre, directed by Artistic Director Alexa Kelly.

This afternoon I played Magic the Dog (in costume) for an Old Navy corporate party at their offices in Manhattan.
They loved it! Organizer Kim Yee of The Gap described my work as "drenched ... but still energetic"! (I danced and partied for an hour and a half in this incredibly humid dog costume. I have photos!)

This afternoon I auditioned for The Complete History Of America (Abridged), a production at the Hangar Theatre in Ithaca, NY. In attendance was Director Matt August and Casting Director Stephanie Klapper.
It looks as if the shoot dates are set for Pushers (aka The Push), an independent film to be shot in Philadelphia, directed by Sherone Rabinovitz. I am cast!
I will play a supporting role, David, in a hilarious scene near the beginning of the film. I have some overnight shoots on days I'm rehearsing as well as performing Working As You Like It at Columbia University, but oh well--I want to do both projects!
